The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness, vehicle malfunction, or inclement weather. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative lesson time or a full refund.

4. Lesson Conduct

The Client is expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lesson. The Instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if the Client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaves in a manner that is dangerous or disruptive. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

The Client must hold a valid learner's permit and comply with all road rules and regulations during the lesson. The Instructor will provide guidance and instruction to help the Client develop safe driving habits.
