What are the requirements for obtaining a NSW driver's license?

To obtain a NSW driver's license, you must:

  1. Be at least 16 years old to apply for a learner's permit.
  2. Pass the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT).
  3. Complete a minimum of 120 hours of supervised driving, including 20 hours of night driving (unless you are over 25).
  4. Hold your learner's permit for a minimum of 12 months.
  5. Pass the Hazard Perception Test (HPT).
  6. Hold your provisional P1 license for at least 12 months.
  7. Pass the driving test.
  8. Progress to a provisional P2 license and then a full license.

What is your cancellation policy?
